Minimal effort is not an option in the gym if we want set a new record in the gym.
Minimal effort is not an option when we want to be the best we can be or when we are trying to reach our goals.
Minimal effort doesn’t provide us the satisfaction of achieving something, it only provides us the feeling of just finishing something.
As people, we are often labelled to be something. This happens intrinsically, and happens whether we like it or not. But remember, these labels don’t define us. These labels are also ever changing. If you don’t like your current one, rip it off and create a new one for yourself. The possibilities are endless.
Not sure if this is the right way to use the word, but I’ll give it a go.
The rays of the evening sunset combined with the angle of photos taken creates nuances of how amazing food can look. But nonetheless, no matter how food looks, food always tastes good when you have good company and good vibes around. 😀
